At Serendipity we’re stripping everything back to the essentials. Extra virgin olive oil, wild rosemary, garlic, and beans: these are our biological power-ups. We’re talking about the most potent antioxidants and heart-boosters on the planet, pulled straight from the soil.

The Class

Get Your Hands Dirty

We don’t do “demonstrations.” Roll up your sleeves and head straight into the garden. The air here smells like sun-warmed earth and wild herbs, and that’s exactly where your ingredients come from.

You’ll stand next to the ones who grew the very ingredients on your cutting board, and you’ll learn to move at their speed. This is Rural. When you knead that dough or reduce a sauce, you aren’t just making lunch; you’re practicing a form of biological resistance. Tradition is one of the most effective longevity tools we’ve got, and we are welcoming you to discover it.

The Location

The Patio at Serendipity

We’re ditching the four walls of a professional kitchen and moving the stove outside to the Patio of Serendipity.

This is the real deal: you’ll be cooking right in the middle of the landscape, with the wind in the oaks, the chickens strutting through the yard, and a view that actually lets you breathe. No filters, no noise. Just clean air, a slow rhythm, and a total system reboot. Ingredients travel about ten feet from the soil to the pan.
